The combination of spending a decade as a musician observing human behaviour, a lifetime interested in sport and understanding of the connection between psychology and high performance led me to complete a Masters of Organisational Psychology.

I love working on hard problems by combining leading data science methods with organisational development frameworks to analyse people data and provide practical insights to the business. I also find the breath of work in the mining industry super interesting as it requires developing SWP approaches that work for both corporate and frontline operational jobs which is a fun challenge.

As a natural extension to work defining and deploying the enterprise job data model that underpins SWP, I have spent the past two years as part of the first internal SWP team at BHP, assisting our Asset and Functional customers using a standardised enterprise approach.
